It has begun!

Easter Sunday we decided to start something fun as a family.

My gf Leanne has been talking about this geocaching for a few months now.

So I pulled up the www.geocaching.com and started to investigate.

Then we downloaded the iPhone app and off we went to search for our first cache.

It was only about a block away, and was Easter themed, so we thought it would be perfect.

It was soo fun! My oldest Noel and I were the seekers for this first cache.

After dinner, dh and the 2 youngest boys decided to join in the fun.

We went on a search to find yet another easter cache that was near the house....we were unsuccessful in finding it. We continued close to the house to search out another, however that one was too cleverly hidden for us as well.

We recruited some friends who were visiting our neighbourhood and we headed off for a third location. It took quite some time, but we eventually found this very mini cache. We were beginning to learn that this new hobby was going to be very tricky.

We were hooked!!

Not bad for a first day. 4 Caches sought, and 2 found.
